Nightfall in the online store?
Does anyone know if Nightfall is going to go up for sale at 12 tonight in the in-game online store? I'd originally thought I read it would be but now I can't find anything about it.

I don't think it will be. I think the only thing they'll make available is the PvP version that Gaile said they would. That will make many PvP-only players happy, for sure, but if people got used to buying new releases on the online store because it's easier to most, then they'll find themselves in a situation where the stores will be even less likely to make a big deal over it, let alone put it on their shelves.
There will always be a retail store demand, however how many people would buy them from the stores? The stores provide a decent amount of advertising. Personally, I can't decide whether I think simultaneous release offline and online is a good idea. On one hand, it is possible to expand the player base to make it much larger. Yes, it will be available via the In-Game Online Store. To quote Gaile Gray’s visit to LA ID1 last night ..."Nightfall SE and the Nightfall PVP Edition will be available via the Online Store on Friday, 12:01AM PST (3AM EST). CE Edition may be available on the 27th or thereafter."

I asked Gaile in lions arch this and she said to send support an inquiry so i did.
I tried to order NIghtFall thru the store and it keeps saying "Refused Code 1751104" I read a similar problem from someone with a different code but the same Refused error. He said then he got a fraud suspicion notice. My card is valid, info is correct, all that. Anyone else having this problem or know a solution that doesnt involve Wal Mart? lol |

Yeah, I get the payment processing failed at the merchant account provider (code 1751052). My cc is valid, I'm pretty sure because I used it to buy character slots, and I get this message with both visa and mastercard. Either too many people trying to buy and this error happens, or I don't know. Still waiting helpdesk asnwer.

I bought my copy of Nightfall from the in-game online store an hour before the servers came online last night. I didn't have any problems and created a new character in Elona within minutes of the server opening.

This is what I got from the support, and seemed to work.
In the billing address information, place any numbers first, then the address, like "678, Marquis Av.". It worked. Hope this helps. |

Ok i know this is long gone but ive just been told by a friend of mine he got the same problem so i am going to say this for the benifit of any1 searching for answers
Error code=1751104 indicates that your attempted transaction has been refused by your financial institution. As we are not provided with details regarding why transactions have been refused, you will need to contact your financial institution directly to determine the reason for that refusal. this error basicly says that your credit card company wont let you use it on the online store, this means ul have to contact them for more information people if this has been posted elsewhere im sry but searched on google was an archive that linked to this so il post here so its easy to find if any of its wrong dont correct me underneath just send me an email at the below adress and i will edit the post so it is correct [email protected] hope this helps some1 somwhere >-=Bull Fox=-< |
